Heritage lecture Oak Bay Mayhem in 20s and 30s

Mayhem in Oak Bay 1920s through the 1930s .  This lecture was given by Frances Thorsen, who ran Chronicles of Crime bookshop for many years downtown. This Oak Bay Heritage Foundation lecture was held on September 25, 2024 at the Windsor Park Pavilion
