2021 Allan Cassidy Award Presentation
The Mayor provided an overview of the Allan Cassidy Award criteria and presented the 2021 award to the District Energy Plant located at 3800 Finnerty Road, University of Victoria. John Tierney, a Project Manager from the University of Victoria accepted the award on the University’s behalf.
